    Hello all,

You might be interested: a Brazilian Debian-based distro running Xfce, with OSX-like looks and phenomenal multimedia support. Not everything is milk, though, there are some rough edges in the live CD use and the installer is not the friendliest. But the distro is definitely worth the effort.

If you want to try or get an impression:

A nice guide there Mrk. Dream is one of my favourite distros. Light and fast and of course looks beautiful. A mass of software is available and there's a nice little, friendly community. I would like to see this one prosper.
I'm a little concerned that you're watching Miami Vice on youtube though!!!!

    Hello,
I'm watching it on DVD. The best police/crime series ever. Seen it as a kid in the 80s, seeing it again. And Crockett's Theme, the music ... man, that's TEH song.

Up to 4.0 later this year. We are currently working on the next release so keep an eye on Distrowatch just in case we decide to release the Alphas/Betas/RC's.

By the way Mrk, great review, hopefully dedoimedio will provide a similar write up for DL-4.0
