But yes....my teenage daughters too.......most teenagers are saying they are not attractive enough.......

And it's kind of hard to do counseling over this thread.


But one tip I can tell you that can work wonders....if you're willing of course, is,
look in the mirror everyday and tell yourself how handsome you really are.
Most of all.....how smart and what a nice, great person you are !

If you do this "religiously"...it's called self-suggestion, you may then realize it for sure. It's important to know this about oneself.

I'm already having quite a time to keep my teenage girls' esteem up....including their friends, and my dogs' (he's getting old you have to know).

My cats are fine. Their self-esteem is admirable.
