Tried for first time yesterday. I see that it has placed the
Drweb32.dll virus engine file into my C:\Program Files\Ahead\Nero folder.
I can't imagine why as Nero does it's own virus check if this option is
selected before burning. There is also the file DRWEBASE.VDB in the Nero
    folder. ??

BTW Is there somewhere on the Dr.Web site where one can check the latest
number of virus signatures in the database ?

    Thanks.

Those are two independent things. CureIt had not placed anything in there, Ahead Nero contains Dr.Web virus scanning engine itself, you can scan what you burn :).

OK many thanks - that obviously explains it. Nice scanner.

Aha, great. I have also found them here:- http://download.drweb.com/bases/ :thumb:

(Bright folks at Nero for using a decent scanner !)
