I have run a security check and found the above Trojan.

The program told me to run the AVG Virus check to remove it, but it hasent.

Anyone got any ideas as to what to do.

Hi Bassington, welcome to Wilders, can you please follow the steps found here: https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=50662

Make sure you follow each step in order and do not go onto a further step until you have completed the one you are on. Also make sure you have the very latest version of each product mentioned and they are fully up-to-date.

After all the steps if your problem persists you may have to download a copy of Hijack This and post in one of the forums specified in the above link.

    Hope this helps...

Let us know how you go...

    Cheers :D

Hi, this trojan has various aliases. [Agent-GC, Agent-DE etc.]

Nod32 can remove this threat, a 30 day free trial is available HERE

It comes from Adware/Spyware, so you may like to look into getting an Anti Spyware program, there a quite a few free ones available that are very good.
More info about your pest HERE
