Deleting the tracking cookies are fine, but keep the other items in quarrantine just in case they are false positives. If they are bad, they won't do harm in the quarrantine. But if they are a false positive, then some regular program you use may depend on the missing file.
You need to get confirmation that the file is a false positive or not.

USA still the best. But barely.
afaik you won't lose the ability to delete or restore after your trial. You lose realtime monitoring.

You could post the exact file/component name and what Ewido detects it as.
Someone here might be able to tell you.
Or you could submit the file to Ewido directly and they could tell if it is a false positive.

You can submit them here: submit@ewido.net
    Or here: http://www.ewido.net/en/malware/
And in the email or comment, ask if the file is a false positive.
Also include the full path where the file was found.

Let us know how their response is and the results.

Until they reply, you could try uploading the file to an online scanners like:
    http://virusscan.jotti.org/
    or
    http://www.virustotal.com/
They let you scan the file in question with multiple engines on a different computer than yours.
