    Hi,
is there a way to run backup tasks in Acronis True Image Echo without using any usercredentials? I would like to do this without giving any local users admin rights and do not want to create a special user with nolimit password. Only want to do this withing AD (Active Directory) where the computer object will be given write rights to the backup destination.

    Hello AlteEngel,

Thank you for your interesting in Acronis True Image

The program requires Windows authorization for a scheduled task execution. That is why you should enter your account name and password both to let Acronis True Image log in Windows with Administrator's rights and execute a scheduled task. The user name should be specified in the form of SERVER\USER or DOMAIN\USER. However if you don’t use any credential for Windows account then leave Login field in Acronis True Image as is and Password field empty.

    Best regards,
