    You're welcome Steve !! :)
Pets are usually always able to lift ones spirit.
I talk out of experience...as you probably too. :D

Hope otherwise You, wife and new pup are happy !

Lost my dog on the 6th. :'( Keeping busy takes away 'those' thoughts...:)

Very Sorry to hear that Nat. :'( I know how devastating it is ... it took me several months to get past my selfish feeling of lost. It's nice once you finally get through that ... and then only the sweet memories and happy thoughts are left. We get so attached ... with me, more so than most family ... except Jean of course. ;) They are such special "spirits' ... Angels really. :) You'll never receive a purer, more devoted love. No matter how hard we try ... we could never truly reciprocated what we receive for them. They are soooo special. :)

Give yourself a little while to grieve ... then run out and find yourself another little Angel.

    Hugs and Kisses

    Steve

Wow...Steve. Thank You so very much for taking your time to type such nice words to me. http://img75.imageshack.us/img75/3632/hug14vy.gif

I can only agree to everything you said about "our Angels"
Nothing/nobody loves purer as them :)

I saw how he was born...and he would have turned 13 next month.
He had cancer (which I didn't know, until that day when he got sick).. and passed away during the operation. :(

I loved him so much, and my lil pet zoo is getting smaller and smaller.
    Now I "only" have 3 lovable cats left (from 5 before & 2 dogs :D ).

They sure keep me smiling though ! ;)

Yes, grieve will take time...and I sure will honor all the special love MY "Sherry" has given us.

    Thanks again. :)

    Here's a pic...a little dark..but.....
    He's was a shepherd mix.
