While going through the scan log I found

    c:\windows\system32\drivers\wrkrn.sys [MD5: E06DBC079FD9A5C54BBDA916DC0FB54B] [Flags: 00090010.18410]

    Shouldn't WSA whitelist internal files?

On a side note, I known tags mean unknown, bad and [G] good files; but I have some files (winamp plugins) in scan log with [J] tags. What does that mean?

    Thanks.

We eventually do, but there isn't a downside to leaving them unwhitelisted. J means an invalid digital certificate, which could happen from a corrupted file.
