My daughter has a Gateway 556 desk top computer. They usually leave it on. If it is turned off and they try to boot it,it will get to the Gateway screen and lock up. It doesn't do it every time, but often. After several attempts it will boot. There is no Minidumps. In the event files I found 29,17,58,59and 61. I'm not sure if they are connected to the boot problem. How can this thing be diagnosed?
