Does TI9 copy the MBR

    Hi all
    Just a quick question.
    I have recently purchased a Acer laptop, anyway to cut a long story short when trying to set it up as a dual boot the second OS for various reasons it would not run, obviously the MBR for XP had been overwriten so I used the recovery disks supplied, but it didn't recover the MBR.
    will TI9 also backup the MBR aswell as the system files of win XP ?.

    Hello scraggy999,

    Yes it will, provided you create a "whole disk" image by ensuring that the box next to the Disk number is ticked. The same applies when you come to restore. See Screenshot 1 & 2 below.
