As the title says
No not really, it's pretty dead.
As much as an oasis in the desert. Problem is, Wilder Security Forums is not a desert
IMO, already since a couple of years this section is superfluous as the only item discussed in Trojan Hunter...
Agree with fax, this section is as dead as a door nail, the last reply in Trojan Hunter thread is of 6 october 2015
Aren't trojans a subset of malwares?
Same thing could probably be said for virus I guess?
I asked the mods about the first defense forum here and their reply was something like people still use it so they will keep it up.
I would say this one is abandon
Interestingly, trojans are a backbone of pretty much every infection. I guess, an all-in-one name - malware - is easier to understand.
People prefer a product, which protects them from everything, not just from a specific threat. These days, every good AV usually does that.
This sub-forum certainly seems redundant now, with only a few postings in the past year, and could even be regarded as a dead parrot ,except perhaps for reference purposes.
That's explains all, I guess.
I actually click on this forum on accident. lol
To answer the OP, short answer is NO.
No, it really doesn't.
Once upon a time maybe.
It should attract and draw in a steady flow of useful traffic IMO after it's renamed to something more relevant to mix things up over?
Separate names with a comma.
