If i use a proxy server, does MY ISP still see what sites I am visiting?

I am convinced your own Internet Service provider see what sites you are visiting on at a time. It depends on which ISP you buy the service from, HOW they use that information.

Depends on how they log.

Anyway if running an Elit proxy or a proxysock, all they have is the proxy addy.
