Does anyone from ESET frequent this forum?

    If so, I have a question regarding license upgrading. I emailed customer support a few days ago but no customer support has been forthcoming.

    Anyhow, I currently have a single license which will expire in December. Now, I would like to protect two additional computers. What I would like to do is to purchase a family 3 pack license and have the price discounted by the amount of savings I would have normally obtained had I renewed the single license versus purchasing it for the first time.

    I'm just trying to save a bit of money and this seems like a reasonable thing to ask.

    Hi xwray, welcome to Wilders.

    Which support office did you email?

    You should be able to upgrade your license tot a 3 user license without an issue.

    Hi...I couldn't find a "real email address" so I filled out the form to get a message to customer support from off the ESET web page...

    In the U.S. you can call the sales department toll-free at +1 (866) 343-3738 (ESET).

    They can answer questions about adding computers on to an existing license.
