After reinstalling Windows 8.1, I once again got to see how important the Start Menu really is, especially on a machine that needs to be configured for the first time. Without it, you really get frustrated because of the amount of time that you lose having to search for stuff like the Control Panel, each time. It really was one of the dumbest decisions ever made, same goes for removing the Quick Launch bar, what a bunch of morons.
