Do you have in-depth knowledge of technical privacy controls?

I'm looking for someone with experience and skills in implementing privacy controls and a good understanding of privacy in general to help me write part of a book. This is a freelance remote position (you can be anywhere), paid per hour and can be done part time. You do not need to be a professional writer but you must be fluent in English and write well.
