I use uBlock Origin for content blocking of domains that are problematic for smooth webbrowsing and to combat tracking. I have historically enabled EasyPrivacy filter. Privacy Badger seems more adaptive and flexible as it does not rely on block lists. If I start using Privacy Badger, would I be seriously weakening my privacy by deactivating the EasyPrivacy filter?
There's certainly no harm in using the two as you describe. One for tracking, one for ads. Also different lists you can replace EP with, e.g. Adguard Tracking Protection. Lots of people use PB and µBO together. There are so many possible extension combinations. Your best bet is to test the two and see what you think. There's also Privacy Possum, etc.
