dnsstuff warning about Malware

Hi,
Is supossed i installed a 'firewall' using old P2 and Linux. Everything was ok until now. Trying to access www.dnsstuff.com

You are using a web proxy (165.xxx.xxx.xxx) that appears to be an open proxy, and is currently being abused by malware. You should contact whoever is in charge of your web proxy (if you aren't sure, contact your Internet provider) for assistance. You should let them know that the web proxy at
165.xxx.xxx.xxx is broken (an 'open web proxy' that is being abused), and that
the web proxy needs to be fixed. They can contact us (using our info@ address at the domain in the URL you are at) for further details. Searching your web proxy logs for 'netgeo.ch' will definitely find the rogue hits (but could possibly find some legitimate hits).

what 'open proxy' means? this machine is doing DDoS?

last app i installed was mIRC but i have good and updated defense: AV, AT, antiSpyware (Adware, Spybot...), Kerio 2.15 BZ rule based...

Also when i click on www.dnsstuff.com, i can view the page with no alerts.

Thank you, i appreciate your help.

i dont know what happen but today i can access dnsstuff site with no problems. My box is clean and i didnt touch firewall configuration. have to say that the firewall is an old Pentium 2 not in my box.

maybe it was their server, something they call "rate limiting"

... If it does catch you, note that there are 2 different ways that you may be banned as a result of the rate limiting. One is a temporary ban, that can last from about 5 minutes to 24 hours. In this case, you should have access again within less than 24 hours (you can contact us if you need access sooner). The second type of ban you should not need to worry about -- it is a permanent ban, which only occurs after we verify that there was indeed automated or malicious usage. If this happens, you'll need to contact us to get access again.
