Difference between True Image v9.0 (build2259) & True Image Home??

Is there a difference between the subject apps?

TI 9.0 became TI 9.0 Home somewhere along the line. The corporate higher-end products are labelled 9.1 although from build 3567 onward they both used the same "engine" for doing the backup and restores; the capabilities are different though.

The current build for TI 9.0 is 3633 so your 2259 is way out of date and a lot of important bug-fixes have been incorporated since your version. Suggest you get the latest.
