Detected Unexpected Data in Protocol

Hi,

It seems that whever I try to send wakeonlan packets to other PC's on my trusted network I get the following error in the log:

Detected Unexpected Data in Protocol (UDP).

I've set the software I'm using to send the WOL packets to allow both inbound and outbounbd on both TCP & UDP. However it seems the firewall is still blocking the packets.

If I disable the firewall, the WOL packets go through fine.

Is there any way to tell Smart Security to allow WOL packets?

 

Try switching to Interactive mode and see if the problem is still happens. See the Knowledgebase article below for instructions on how to do this.
