  1. I have installed and run both Ad-aware 6, Spy Bot S&D, CW Shredder and HiJack This.

    I have unsuccesfully tried to delete the following lines:

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = C:\WINDOWS\secure.html
    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = C:\WINDOWS\secure.html
    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = C:\WINDOWS\secure.html
    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = C:\WINDOWS\secure.html

    But they reappear again immediately. What am I doing wrong ?

    Please help me - I am desperate.

    Hi Karsten,

    You should kill & destroy this one as well:
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Reg32] C:\WINDOWS\reg33.exe
    But could you mail a copy of
    C:\WINDOWS\reg33.exe
    to the address in my profile first.
    I would like to check if it is ewxactly the same as the reg32.exe that is normally doing this.
