Detected covert channel exploit in ICMP packet

    I searched and found some other posts regarding this message but all I have found is to disable the alerts. Can someone tell me why this is happening and what it means? attached a screen of my log. It just started happening on the 6th.

    The IP Address targets point to locations all over the world including Japan, Taiwan, Finland, UK, & the US. Does this notification pop up when performing the same action? For example, does this show up when opening a specific program or website?
