Desperately need help!

I am losing my mind. I recently downloaded spyware blaster, also have adaware plus, avast, spybot etc... I cannot get rid of popups. They are coming from everywhere, and downloading into my system. I have programs called winfixer and registry clean that I did not want. They will not uninstall. I have gotten rid of them only to have them return. I have run all my checks even in safe mode and they return. Someone PLEASE tel me what to do!
