We are be introducing a ‘guest’ product into our regular tests. This product will change each quarter.

Guest products are included to increase the number of products that we can include in each year’s worth of testing. This is driven by demands from readers, who wish to see a wider selection of products.

Just to be clear, the vendors that develop these guest products are not paying for inclusion and do not receive any special benefits, such as logs or permission to use award logos. These are available only to subscribers.

I will post details of each test's guest(s) on this thread.

    Regards,
    Simon

One is marketed as a stand alone complete solution ( full internet suite) and the other as a complimentary security software (2nd tier support).

Sincerely hoping you don't compare lots of apples to an orange and pronounce one is a poor apple when in fact its a good orange(and never pretended to be an apple in the first place).
