deleting rules set using tiny wall

Hello,

I blocked a few ips on my computer using tiny wall. Later i deleted the rule and uninstalled tiny wall. But still those ips are blocked and i am unable to reach them. what do i need to do to reach those ips. I have even switched off the firewall but of no use.

Please help
