Defender Pro 5 in 1 2007!

    Does anybody here run this program?What are your thoughts?What would be comparable in regards of free products?AVS and Comodo?:(

    well the av is decent since its just kav5 rebranded but dono about there other stuff.

    I used it for a while and discovered that the utilities included did a pretty decent job of cleaning the drive and registry. Never had it remove anything it shouldn't. They are Ashampoo utilities. I didn't really care for the Kav antihacker firewall though. But overall well worth the money.:thumb:

    I bought a box version of Defender Pro a few years ago.
    The only problem I had was that the reg key was expired and I had to request a new key.

    I would imagine that the av would be similar to AVS.
    Not sure about the firewall since I haven't used a Kaspersky firewall lately.Comodo firewall may be better.

    Defender Pro's AV is based on KAV 5 with full features instead of a cut-down KAV 6. The firewall is the same as what was available back when KAV 5.0 was the main thing :D

    Anyway, in terms of free products AVS+Comodo will do just fine. ;)

    Thanks for the opinions.I have a key and i'm gonna put it on for my friend.He's not a dangerous surfer.:D
