! Database Error

    Under "Protection->Status" I have:

    The SpywareBlaster database may be corrupted or missing.
    Click on the link below to run Check for Updates and download the latest database.

    I did that and the update completed, but the notice is still displayed.

    Hi,

    Please try the following steps and let me know if they fix the problem:
    1.) Open SpywareBlaster and click on the "Updates" tab
    2.) Click on the "Options" button in the Updates area
    3.) Select the option "Use a direct connection to the Internet."
    4.) Make sure that the checkbox named 'Use Alternative Download Method" is unchecked
    5.) Try updating again.

    Let me know if that helps at all.

    Also, could you please post more details about your system? (Such as the version of Windows you are running.)
