    Well, yes, privacy in meatspace is certainly dead, or nearly so. But privacy online is limited only by one's skill and imagination. The hardest parts are one's workspace and uplink. A private office and VPNs/Tor can be enough. But you need to restrict physical access, to exclude surveillance devices. Maybe you also need RF isolation (carbon/aluminum paint, silver/nickel-plated nylon drapes, etc).

    Well mimimir what you say is true. Although I don't believe more than 0.1% do as you do. So yes privacy is dead.

    It does seem that way. But maybe times will change. So someone needs to keep requisite skills alive.
