Customer Support Question

    I got the "error communicating with kernel" message tonight, and followed the knowledgebase article at the eset website with no luck on solving the problem. When I went to customer support, it is asking me for personal information, but there is no encryption on that page?! I don't want to enter my information in that way. Is there any other way to contact eset about this issue?

    In the meantime, have you tried manually uninstalling and then reinstalling? (ie KB Article SOLN2289)
