Earlier this week i purchased the Eset security suite, it soon became apparent that I had problems using the video conferencing software Oovoo. Being semi illiterate with computers I was unable to solve the problem myself and emailed Eset support. Within an hour a gentleman called Jonathan had taken charge of my PC remotely and solved the issue in ten minutes. It has been a very long time since I have experienced this level of customer service, and I will be extolling the virtures of Eset and it's staff to all my friends who have PC's.
