Current opération process is blocking

    Hello,
    I am french and i use acronis true image 8 since two weeks.
    All is right but today, it impossible to start the process of backup image.
    No error appears !
    In the pannel Commit Pending Operation there is nothing.
    Yhe current ...
    What can i do?
    i remove and reinstall it but nothing to do.

    First of all, please make sure you use the latest build, which is available on our web site at http://www.acronis.com/support/updates/. To get access to updates you should register your software first at http://www.acronis.com/registration/. Please disable any download managers, internet download/connection boosters, etc. before the download.

    If the problem persists please do the following:

    1) Could you please download Acronis Report utility available at http://www.acronis.com/files/support/AcronisReport.exe, run it and create a report.

    2) - Open Start\Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Information;
    - Select the System Information item;
    - Choose the Save As System Information File option in the File menu (or Action under Windows 2000);

    Please send these files to support@acronis.com.
