    Yes, but like MS they want the royalty income. ;) Do you remember the guy who invented the intermittent windshield wiper mechanism and sued every car manufacturer on violating his patent? o_O

    Nothing like having a written EULA in place with the local mafia. Maybe it's an evolved leap from the "You snitch my software, I break your face" approach.

    But seriously, it's another indication of how serious this business has become.
