Crash And Reboot With Version 657

    My computer crashes and reboots at least once a day with the latest version.
    To what email address and what diagnostic tools (i.e. minidump, sysinspector) should I send? I am currently using another AV but would like this problem solved so I can go back with NOD32.

    Hi!

    Have you installed any security program before? Have you caught malware, which could have damaged EAV's service?

    Well of course I have installed other security programs before.
    I have not recently caught malware.

    So, when EAV and other security application (AV or integrated suite) had been running together, it could have caused this problem.

    I've been around long enough not to run more than one AV at a time.

    Uninstall your actual security programs and check, if everything was correctly removed. Then perform these steps.

    Then, if problem will appear once again, send log from SysInspector to support[at]eset.com with this thread's url enclosed, please. :thumb:

    Sysinspector log sent. My gut feeling is this version is having trouble coexisting with Faronics Anti-Executable. I would be interested if anyone is successfully running version 657 with Faronics Anti-Executable.
