   1. Is quick reply not supposed to be available in the Test Forum? It may not be crucial for that section but what harm in keeping it enabled.
   
   2. Threads in the General Topics and Test Forum have a short period of time during which you can reply. Correct?

   1. Quick Reply is enabled and available in every forum section, (Test Forum included), however, that option will only appear if a thread is not too old to be replied to.
   
   2. Correct. A very short time period is set because of the nature of those forum section. It's two weeks for General Topics and five days for the Test Forum.
