Could NOD32 protect unpatch windows ?

    Suppose Windows 2000 or XP doesn't install any patch. Can it keep virus off if NOD32 is running? o_O

    Yes... To a large extent... But its always advisable to keep ur windows updated..

    There are many vulnerabilities when the only option to prevent problems is to install the appropriate patch. Never underestimate patches/hotfixes and do not rely on AV solely !!!
