Converting .tib Backup to XenServer Virtual Disk Issue

    Hi,

    I am trying to convert a Ture Image Echo Server Image (.tib) to a XenServer Virtual Imag and i get the following error at the end.

    Device driver 'ACPIPIC_UP' for 'Windows Server 2003 Enterprise x64 Edition' is not found.
    Driver for the device is not found neither in operating system nor among additionally specified drivers. Please specify other location.
    : Ignore/ignore All/Cancel

    Device driver 'PCI\VEN_5853&DEV_0001&SUBSYS_00015853&REV_01' for 'Windows Server 2003 Enterprise x64 Edition' is not found.
    Driver for the device is not found neither in operating system nor among additionally specified drivers. Please specify other location.
    : Ignore/ignore All/Cancel

    Any idea's?

    Hello bbasra,

    Thank you for using Acronis Corporate Products

    As a workaround you can recover the image using Acronis Universal Restore to Virtual machine. In this case you will be able to specify the location for the necessary drivers.
