    Escalating further?
Most of us have said, bandicoot included, that he acted inappropriately and he apologized, most of us feel that he was acting in jest and little harm was done, even the OP apologized and claimed to not be upset with BC for his outburst. You seem to be the one stirring the pot, trying to make more of it than there is.

Being a paying customer does not give someone the right to post in a completely obscene manner. I am also a paying customer and I read Bandicoot's reply as in jest to lighten things a bit and also provide help at the same time. Again Bandicoot is an asset here and I will forward my feelings on this matter.

I would suggest closing the thread. If the OP still has an issue, he can repost his/her question.

Why not just stop replying. The OP has not responded any further.

    Enough said.

    Cheers :D

Final warning to all.... Let us get this thread back on topic or it will be closed pending admin review.

But I am sure that we are all adults here and can realize the differences we all have over the globe and culturally, and thus in the end get along....

It seems we are just going around in circles here, and no one is on-topic to the original poster's specific updater issue, so I will indeed close this thread now.

As for the issue everyone is actually talking about. 1234 has sent their report in to Eset, others say they will or have, and I have done so, as well, with my impressions. So, now it is all in the able hands of Eset management.
