    I live in Bangalore, South India
    I have opened content using a password. After this, whenever I log on to any site a window opens - this site has no rating and cannot accessed. Use supervisor password to proceed. Why does this happen? How can I set it right. Please help.

    Sorry, I forgot to mention the Windows version. It is 98SE.
