Connections blocked while AV updating

    Hello,

    I have installed the V4 beta RC (mainly as I could not get a trial version of the current full release,.... I think you need to reply to the e-mail addy requested for the password for the trial). I notice as browsing I lost all connections, then a few seconds later a popup to state the AV sigs had successfully been updated.

    Is it case that all connections are intentionally blocked during the AV sig update?
