Connection to remote pc

    We have used True Image Management Console to install True Image Corporate Workstation. We did this by entering the IP address. Installation went fine and now we wanted to connect to the remote pc. This did not work with the IP-address. The error message is E000807D5 computer 10.51.32.56v not found. At the same time pinging the computer was successfull.

    Is there a possibilty to connect to a remote computer via IP address?

    Hint: The remote computer uses japanese version os and operating system.

    If the problem persists please try to connect to the computer using computer name and let us know the result.
