I'm trying to identify my BIOS version and settings, and have been instructed to use the commands: MSINF032 and/or DXIAG. The problem is that I haven't been instructed on how or where to use these commands. My obvious guess was to enter them into the command prompt, but when I do so I am greeted with the this command is not recognized as an internal or external command error?

Just type it into your start menu search box. Then when it appears as an option right-click on it and select run as admin.
