For test purposes we used a Comodo Internet Security Pro with auto renewal. When I tried to cancel the auto renewal this appeared to be impossible. There is no cancel option in their customer area as there is for their TrustConnect for example. After several online chats with Comodo employees, it is clear that they want to answer each question, except this one, after 3 attempts with 3 different employees, silence was the only response on this question, although other questions are answered in a decent way. So: - No option to cancel in: accounts.comodo.com , but you can renew or upgrade - Chat with 3 Comodo employees did not help - Mails to subscriptions@comodo.com are always answered, but NOT for this question! - Created a support ticket on support.comodo.com did not help (yet?) .. Does anyone know how to cancel: Comodo Internet Security Pro auto renewal Is this a fraud perhaps ?
