    Oh great, it couldn't find the update file... Had to do it manually and import settings.

    The update through CIS usually takes some days or a week to be ready after the "official" release in the forums.

    EDIT: I just read in the forum that there is an issue with the paranoid mode, so they have postpone the automatic update for now.

    so this new trustconnect they are wanting you to buy that if you select yes to the promt if ur wireless is not secure? that kinda crappy if that true.

    His analogy is spot on.

    I can see multiple technologies available right now that would provide much better protection than what most AVs offer and I see no reason for them not to offer these technologies. Comodo is the only company that really seems to be making some attempt.

    New version is a disaster for my windows server 2008 r2. The installer says it does not support the target platform. I have to say goodbye to CIS for now.:'(

    CIS as many other security software was never compatible with win server 2008, so where is the disaster?

    I have Server 2008 R2, and when updating CIS through program updates, I don't have a problem... Try to install one of earlier versions, and then update it automatically...
