    I think that the developers of SS are still fine tuning it for Win 10. And what you describe sounds normal to me, if some app is trusted, you shouldn't get any alerts. With SS you can also choose to auto-allow apps that are on the whitelist. I believe Comodo has an even bigger whitelist, perhaps you can fine tune it.
