If you are not able to see the difference between cleaning and detection what can I do...

    Wait, am I on Wilders?
Where are all the Comodo 'FUD'boys?

Killswitch and the autorun analyzer are excellent tools.

Moments ago I finished watching a Youtube video where CCE was mentioned. I never used it before, but from what I could see it's a great program.

I downloaded it and will give it a run sometime later. But, I'll keep it in the toolbox.

Be careful with what you wish for.

Sandboxie, Comodo and standard user and still need for Killswitch, in what possible scenario would you need it? You classify for Wilders allright.

KillSwitch is like one of those drug-sniffing dogs... No one ever knows where's the drug... but the dog finds it.

While testing AVs and firewalls, I have Killswitch running so I can watch malware wreaking havoc on my VMware.

Unlike other Comodo products which were abandoned,
I hope CCE will continue to exist...:doubt:

Could anyone tell me whether or not the on-demand malware scanner automatically cleans whatever it deems to be malware? Or, does the user has a chance to further investigate whatever it finds? I've been curious about it, and I cannot test it against malware, as I only got one system now.

I'd imagine it would allow not to automatically remove, in case of FPs? I couldn't find any setting about it, though. Would the user be presented with an option when it finds something, instead?

    -edit-

I just found online help for CCEs. I believe it does allow the user to decide, judging by this -http://help.comodo.com/topic-119-1-208-2077-full-scan.html

That's good. I dislike antimalware apps that automatically kill anything they find. lol

the only problem with that is it wont be able to keep any malware signatures. norton power eraser does not keep all symantec signatures in the exe, it uses the cloud whereas comodo uses the cloud and signatures

Where do you manually download the latest Malware Signature File for Comodo Cleaning Essentials?

I know that Comodo Cleaning Essentials has an update option, but I would like to know where I can download the Malware Signature File to put on a USB Flash Drive. This is for the case of having an "Infected" PC with no Internet Access.
