    I have just downloaded this and I do not know how it works. How do I know what it has blocked?

    It works just sitting there and waiting for apps to run. If malware is launched, and it is in the signatures, it will kill it and ask you if you want to delete the file that launched the application. For configurating options, go to comodo.com... there is the explanation for each option.
    If you set it to "unatended removal" you can still check the reports.
