Common context menu items missing

    The following context menu items are missing when I right click desktop shortcut icons (particularly .EXE files):

    Open
    Explore
    Run Sandboxed
    Search...
    Encrypt

    The default action for shortcut .EXE files on my desktop is 'Scan selected files with AntiVir', but when I double-click the icons, I still am able to open and run the program.

    This does not apply to folders where these context menu items still appear and fully functional.
