Well i have a problem trying to cloning a 200 GB SATA disk to a 250 SATA disk i start the cloning and everything seem to be normal but in the reboot i got a problem it checks the partition and then I get Error: Partition configuration has changed-Press any key to reboot

I Never Get that error before im cloning the disk because the first give me a lot of problem whit overheating but i make a scandisk and for the moment doesnt have any errors, i have also two IDE disks, and when i connected the new SATA disk i have to change the letters of the units because i install another system in that disk (windows Xp) so i have three bootable units (windows 2000 and Vista in the two IDE disk); I dont know if maybe this could be the source of the problem o_O so please if someone cna help i be very gratefull.

By the way im using Acronis 9.0 build 0.23.02

    Hello Zeta,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Please accept my apologies for the delay with the response.

First of all, please download the latest build (2337) of Acronis True Image 9.0, which is available on our web site at http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/support/updates/.

To get access to updates you should first register your software at http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/registration/.

Please disable any download managers, internet download/connection boosters, etc. before the download.

Please note that we recommend you to unplug one of the hard drives right after the disk cloning process has been finished, since keeping both original and cloned hard drives connected might cause different boot or drive letter assignment problems.

Please create Acronis Report as it is described in Acronis Help Post and submit a request for technical support. Attach the collected file to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.
