Cloned Hard Drive only sees original drive size

I have cloned a hard drive from a 60 GB hard drive (master) to a 500 GB Western Digital Scorpio Blue drive.

Did a disk to disk copy and the new drive assumes it is now a 60 gb drive. I can't recover the rest of the drive and no other partitions or free space is shown.

Help, I have tried any and all tools that I am aware of and have not been able to recover the drive. The system can only recognize the 60GB.

Acronis Disk Directory only sees the one Partition as well.

Any suggestions?

I don't think the SZ trick works if the HD is showing up in BIOS as a 60GB, in this case, HD.

Is it in a laptop computer?
