Clients don't show in remote administrator

    I have lots of new clients that still have not showed up in remote administrator even after a month. Anyone have any ideas on what to check? I have set the RA username and password on the clients, but to no avail. Clients that were previously added are able to contact the server, but other clients cannot...


    HELP!!!

    Did you have set the remote Administration on the Client?

    Verify antivirus is setup to report back to the RA server.
    - Open the ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4.0 Window.
    - Push F5 to access Setup (advanced setup) Window.
    - Check ‘Remote Administration’ and ‘Connect to Remote Administrator server’
    - Put in either the IP or name of the server into ‘Server Address’ > ‘OK’

    *Note: Also make sure that if you setup any password for the client to connect to the ESET RA Server, to add that into the field below as well.
