my NOD32 server v3.1.11 is installed on a Win2003 server
on that server I have a folder where definition files are stored and all client access for updates
working great for all clients where I use a domain admin account in the config file for access
the local client on that server started, sometime after the installation of v4.0.424 to prompt the message in the attachment
the path is the local server IP + share name
if I click NO, it will prompt once or twice more and another NO will get rid of it and update
if I click YES the update fail
the server is logged as a different user with local admin rights
I tried changing the user on the local NOD32 config file to the local user but it doesn't help
when I clear the user\pwd box it is working well

since I use central management and distribute the same config file I wonder if there is any way to bypass this issue

    Hello ogsi,

You can use the built-in HTTP server on the Remote Admin server to share the updates that way instead. There is also a LAN tab in the advanced update setup options that will let you specify what account the ESET software logs in with.
